Fasilitator Diduga Langgar Permendikbud Tentang Pekerjaan DAK Fisik Bidang Pendidikan
CORPSNEWS.com, Kampar, Riau – Fasilitator Dana alokasi khusus fisik dinas pendidikan kampar diduga langgar perpres no 88 tahun 2019 dan peraturan menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan RI no 11 tahun 2020, tentang pengelolaan Proyek swakelolah Rehabilitas Ruang Guru SD Negeri 003 Alam panjang yang bersumber dari Dana Alokasi Khusus Pendidikan Tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 100 juta lebih.
Pekerjaan tersebut seharusnya di kerjakan oleh P2S yang di bentuk oleh pihak sekolah tetapi dikerjakan oleh pihak ketiga, yakni fasilitator. sehingga pekerjaan proyek tersebut tampaknya amburadul alias tidak sesuai dengan kwalitas yang diharapkan.
Dilansir dari hasil wawancara tim awak media beberapa waktu lalu, Plt kepsek SD negeri 003 alam panjang Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya (AG) mengaku dan menjelaskan tentang pekerjaan rehap ruang guru SD tersebut di kerjakan lansung oleh fasilitator,” kami cuma menanda tangani untuk pencairan dan laporan tahap demi tahap, setelah dana cair saya dikabari fasilitator, lalu fasilitator lah yang mengerjakan kegiatan rehab itu,” ungkapnya.
Seperti terlihat pemasangan lesplang bagian belakang Kwalitas pekerjaan proyek rehab ruang guru SD 003 Alam panjang tersebut dinilai tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, dan juga anggaran bangunan tidak di cantumkan di plang proyek, karena disubkan pada pihak rekanan yang sudah pasti mencari keuntungan.
Di sisi lain, pihak sekolah atau oknum pengelola anggaran, diduga ada indikasi mendapatkan fee dari pihak rekanan. Sehingga akhirnya, dana yang semestinya dapat dimaksimalkan pada pembangunan sekolah, tidak sepenuhnya dipergunakan untuk pembangunan.
Diwaktu yang sama Plt kepsek SD Negeri 003 Alam Panjang juga mengatakan tentang pekerjaan bagian belakang yang terlihat amburadul itu akan di bongkar,” memang di belakang itu kurang memuaskan, tapi itu akan di bongkar lagi, “ucapnya.
Rabu 28/10/2020 saat di konfirmasi Fasilitator DAK Swakelola rehab ruang guru SDN 003 alam panjang (OT) melalui Whatshapnya dengan nomor 0852780558xx, Fasilitator selalu bungkam.
Selanjutnya Tim wartawan menyampaikan pemberitaan ini ke kepala dinas pendidikan kampar (Drs.M.Yasir. MM) tentang permasalahan pekerjaan proyek DAK Dinas pendidikan Kanpar yang ada di SD N 003 Alam panjang Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya melalui pesan melalui Whatshapnya dengan nomor 081275267xx, namun sayang Kadis Bungkam, Bahkan Kadis dengan sengaja memblokir lansung nomor wartawan, di duga kepala dinas pendidikan kampar alergi dengan PERS.
Hal ini pihak hukum perlu menelusuri penggunaan anggaran dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik yang ada di Kabupaten Kampar, karena sudah banyak kejanggalan yang tidak Sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan Nomor 11 tahun 2020 tentang pengelolaan Dana Alokasi Khusus Fisik (DAK Fisik) Bidang Pendidikan, yang tidak transparan memberikan informasi kegiatan kepada masyarakat, khususnya tentang jumlah biaya anggaran per unit.***(D.
