Segala waktu berarti dalam keadaan baik maupun buruk, suka atau duka, di setiap kesempatan. Memuji Tuhan tidak berarti harus dalam sikap berlutut, baru memuji-Nya, atau memuji Tuhan saat beribadah saja. Memuji Tuhan tidak dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Ketika bangun tengah malam, pujilah Tuhan! Ketika bangun di pagi hari, pujilah Tuhan! Ketika sedang berkendara, berjalan-jalan, melakukan apa pun juga, pujilah Tuhan! Tidak perlu berteriak dengan suara keras, tetapi cukup pujian dalam hati._
