KELANGKAAN MASKER DI INDONESIA, Bung Rogger : JANGAN TAGIH KE PARPOL, TETAPI TAGIH KE PARA BANKIR PENIKMAT SUBSIDI BUNGA OBLIGASI REKAP

JAKARTA – Masker (mask) yang digunakan untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19 semakin sulit ditemukan di pasaran. Jika pun ada, sangatlah terbatas dan harganya membuat rakyat kecil tak mampu
merogoh kocek yang dalam untuk mendapatkannya. Hal ini bahkan sudah menjadi perhatian pemerintah melalui Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang melakukan sidak di beberapa lokasi pasar.
Ancaman pidananya pun menanti bagi yang melakukan penimbunan atau memainkan harga secara sepihak guna meraup keuntungan sebesar – besarnya. Seperti yang terlihat di Pasar Pramuka
beberapa waktu lalu, Polda Metro Jaya melakukan sidak untuk memastikan harga dan ketersediaan masker di pasaran.
Beberapa pekan terakhir, viral di media sosial tentang tuntutan kepada Partai Politik di Indonesia untuk membagikan MASKER GRATIS kepada masyarakat, guna menghindari penyebaran Covid-19. Salah satu perbandingan adalah ketika musim pemilu, lazimnya Partai Politik yang memiliki struktur sampai ke tingkat RT/RW, selalu menyiapkan APK (Alat Peraga Kampanye) seperti baju atau spanduk dan terdistribusi sampai ke seluruh pelosok Negeri. Kondisi tersebut kemudian
dibandingkan dengan situasi saat ini, yang seolah – olah Parpol “ACUH TAK ACUH” ditengah situasi yang serba sulit ini.
Wakil Sekretaris Jendral Gerakan Hidupkan Masyarakat Sejahtera (GERAKAN HMS) Bung Rogger Evantino mengatakan bahwa tuntutan mutlak kepada Partai Politik untuk membagikan masker ada benarnya tetapi kurang tepat sasaran. Perlu di ketahui bahwa Negara mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk hadir dalam situasi seperti ini, ditengah kecemasan semua warga negara akan pandemy Covid-19 ini. Semua upaya yang sudah, telah dan akan terus dilakukan baik oleh pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah adalah bagian dari tanggung jawab negara tersebut.

“Saya menyimak viral soal tuntutan kepada Partai Politik itu ada benarnya, tetapi itu tidak harus menjadi tanggung jawab mutlak Parpol juga. Negara dengan segala instrumen yang ada telah mengupayakan semaksimal mungkin, mulai dari sisi pencegahan sampai pada sisi penanganan
warga negara yang positif terkena Covid-19. Kita tidak perlu terjebak dalam issue pengalihan tanggung jawab semacam itu, ujarnya dalam press rilis yang diterima oleh redaksi.
Selain itu, pria yang merupakan Kader Partai Gerindra ini juga menegaskan bahwa tuntutan ke Partai Politik untuk membelikan masker itu tidak berdasar karena motivasi dan situasi pemilu
tentunya berbeda dengan motivasi dan situasi saat ini. Yang harus di tagih oleh masyarakat saat ini adalah kepada para bankir penerima Subsidi Bunga Obligasi Rekap.

“Itu Obligor dan para bankir kaya raya itu kenapa tidak ditagih.. ??? Perlu anda semua pembaca dan masyarakat Indonesia seluruhnya ketahui bahwa, Subsidi Bunga Obligasi Rekap Ex BLBI adalah patut diduga merupakan HUTANG FIKTIF alias HUTANG BODONG yang disalah gunakan dan tidak sesuai dengan amanat UU No. 17 Tahun 2003 tentang Pengelolaan Uang Negara. Pembayaran
utang yang patut di duga fiktif itu, menggunakan UANG RAKYAT dalam hal ini PAJAK yang di setorkan oleh masyarakat dari Sabang – Merauke yang terhimpun dalam APBN di alokasikan setiap
tahun kepada mereka para penikmat ini. Bahkan ditengah Devisit APBN 300 Trilyun saja, pembayaran Subsidi Bunga Obligasi Rekap Ex BLBI ini terus dicicil, bahkan telah diperpanjang sampai tahun 2030. Ini rakyat tidak tahu soal ini. Makanya ini harus di buka ke publik, karena ini menyangkut kemashalatan dan keselamatan generasi mendatang juga. Kami sejak tahun 2009
dalam lingkup Gerakan HMS dan juga Lembaga Penyelidikan Ekonomi Keuangan Negara (LPEKN) telah menyuarakan hal ini dan kami konsisten hingga saat ini”.

Karena itu, rakyat wajib tahu bahwa uang pajak yang disetornya itu digunakan untuk MEN-SEDEKAHKAN atau MEN-SUBSIDI para konglomerat dan para bankir yang akan terus menikmati cicilan tersebut, seolah-olah negara benaran berhutang kepada mereka. Ini sifatnya estafet dan sistem pembayaran utang dan bunga utang dengan skema menerbitkan surat utang baru adalah patut di duga bertentangan dengan amanat konstitusi kita. Angkanya pun tak main – main,
kurang kebih 60 Trilyun setiap tahunnya untuk bagi – bagi mereka itu. Anda bayangkan sejak tahun 2003 hingga saat ini saja sudah berapa..?? Belum bunganya. Datanya kami ada, dan jika ada yang
mau membantah mari kita buka data bersama. Ini dalam Aksi Demo tahun 2018 lalu di KPK, Kementerian Keuangan dan juga di Menara BCA Sudirman, kami Gerakan Hidupkan Masyarakat Sejahtera (HMS) sudah menyampaikannya juga.
Menurut Bung Rogger, lebih tepatnya dalam kondisi saat ini yang harus ditagih pertama bukan hanya soal membelikan rakyat masker, bahkan untuk membantu para medis dan petugas kesehatan
mendapatkan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan juga penambahan infrastruktur kesehatan darurat dalam rangka mencegah Covid-19, konglo – konglo itu harusnya berada di garda depan. Jangan
hanya tau menikmati fasilitas dan subsidinya saja.
“Sudah cukup rakyat Indonesia men-subsidi mereka sejak tahun 2003 sampai saat ini bahkan terus di perpanjang hingga 10 tahun yang akan datang. Dalam situasi seperti ini pantas dan layak masyarakat menuntut dan meminta Presiden Jokowidodo untuk memanggil para obligor – obligor ini untuk URUNAN atau PATUNGAN di tengah kondisi ekonomi dan juga keuangan negara yang ikut terdampak akibat Covid-19 ini, sehingga apa yang sudah rakyat sedekah-kan selama ini kepada mereka, kita anggaplah sebagai BALAS JASA dan RASA TERIMA KASIH mereka kepada rakyat yang tak pernah mengomel memberi subsidi kepada mereka.Disatu sisi kita harapkan Presiden Jokowi juga harus berani untuk mengambil langkah REVOLUSI KEUANGAN NEGARA, untuk meciptakan pengelolaan Keuangan Negara yang transparan dan akuntabel dengan menyetop Subsidi Bunga Obligasi Rekap Ex-BLBI ini. Bukankah ini merupakan REVOLUSI MENTAL juga yang menjadi visi dan pedoman beliau dalam memimpin bangsa ini…??? tutup pria asal NTT yang pernah menjadi Staf Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra 2012 – 2014 ini”.
