Tuding Presiden Jokowi Positif Corona, Pemilik Akun RCY Diciduk Polres Payakumbuh

Payakumbuh, Singgalang – Di tengah keseriusan Pemerintah mengatasi virus corona, seorang pemilik akun facebook (FB) ‘Rizal Chanief Young (RCY)’ bernama lengkap Khoerurizal Takwa Khanifullah alias Rizal (51), ditangkap tim gabungan Polres Payakumbuh akibat menebar kabar palsu (hoaxs).

Dia menuding, Presiden RI Joko Widodo terpapar virus corona. Bahkan Rizal menyebut, Jokowi positif corona dan harus pindah. Akibat tudingannya tersebut, tempat Rizal bekerja sebagai karyawan pencuci motor di sebuah tempat pencucian di Payobasuang, Payakumbuh, Sumbar, digeledah petugas.

“Rabu lalu, 18 Maret, saya pulang shalat Ashar. Kemudian ada telepone masuk. Katanya, ada Kapolres Payakumbuh dan tim menangkap Si Mas (Rizal,-red),” kata Riki, pemilik pencucian motor tempat tersangka bekerja, kepada wartawan Senin (23/5).

Riki mengaku kaget, begitu mendengar kabar, jika Rizal yang baru setahun lebih bekerja di tempat usahanya, terlilit UU ITE. “Saya tanya ke pak Doni (Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Doni Setyawan,-red). Katanya, Rizal terlibat kasus Hoaxs,” tutur Riki.

Riki kaget, saat di tempat pencucian motornya, Kapolres Payakumbuh bersama anggota Satreskrim dan Sat Intelkam, datang berseragam lengkap dan berpakaian preman. “Rupanya, gara-gara postingan di akun FB. Dia itu, ikut grup FB juga,” imbuh Riki.

Riki tidak menampik, dulunya dia pernah menegur Rizal untuk tidak kelewatan benar menyentil Pemerintah. Apalagi menebar kabar yang tidak benar. “Tapi dia menjawab dingin saja. Ya saya tidak bisa juga membatasi sebab saat di tempat kerja, dia rajin,” imbub Riki.

Ketua RW di lokasi Rizal ditangkap, Iswainar membenarkan, penangkapan terhadap Rizal membuat masyarakat kaget. “Saat penangkapan, saya didatangi anggota polisi. Rupanya Kapolres Payakumbuh juga di sana. Ada penggeledahan kamar juga di sana,” sebut Ketua RW.

Ketua RW maupun Riki sempat bertanya, kenapa harus Kapolres benar yang turun tangan. “Kata pak Doni saat itu, ada informasi dan perintah Direktorat Siber Mabes Polri,” terang Ketua RW.

Singgalang mencoba menghubungi Kapolres Doni Setyawan tapi belum berhasil. Namun begitu, Kabid Humas Polda Sumbar Kombes Pol Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto melalui siaran pers, membenarkan ada warga Payakumbuh (pemilik akun fb) yang ditangkap.

Informasinya, pria berinisial KTK, 51 tahun itu, ditangkap polisi di sebuah tempat pencucian mobil di kawasan Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur, Kota Payakumbuh, Rabu, 18 Maret 2020 sore.

Di laman akun Facebook itu, Rizal menyebarkan bahwa Presiden Jokowi positif terpapar virus corona.
