Ganti Kerugian Lahan SMP N Baus, Desa Meusin

NTT, TTS – Kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan  kurang maksimal dalam menyelesaikan Ganti Kerugian Lahan SMP Negeri Baus.

Hal tersebut di.sampaikan Joni Sila Pemilik lahan lokasi bangunan SMP Negeri Baus kepada media sebagai bentuk ungkapan kekecewaan terhadap Pemerintah dalam hal ini Bupati TTS dan Dinas Terkait,Senin, 24/03/2020

“Kami telah menghubungi setiap pihak yang terkait untuk melakukan Mediasi dan mencari solusi terbaik dalam persoalan Lahan SMP Negeri Baus Namun sampai dengan saat ini belum ada kepastiaan waktu mediasi tersebut.” Kisah Joni

Masalah Lahan SMP Negeri Baus tersebut telah di sampaikan kepada Bupati, Dinas Pendidikan, Kecamatan, Desa dan Sekolah SMP Negeri Baus secara tertulis sejak Tanggal 2 Bulan Desember 2019 namun sampai Bulan Maret saat ini belum ada tindak lanjut dari Pemerintah dan Dinas terkait.

“kami tidak tau harus melakukan apa lagi untuk mendapatkan hak kami yang di janjikan pemerintah untuk mengganti kerugian atas lahan kami yang sekarang sudah di bangun SMP Negeri Baus”, ungkapan kekecewaan Joni Sila dan Istri.24/03/2020.

” tunggu satu minggu lagi karena masih ada kegiatan,”

“tunggu satu atau dua hari lagi”, hal ini yang selalu di sampaikan untuk menunda penyelesaian Masalah Lahan SMP Negeri Baus tersebut. Namun janji-janji manis itu yang selalu di peroleh tetapi sampai detik inipun tidak ada gerakan apapun dari Pemerintah juga.” Terangnya.(M. Tamonob)
