Mengingat, menimbang Sebagaimana UUD 1945 setiap warga negara wajib turut serta dalam membela negara Saya sebagai masyarakat NKRI dalam hal ini menyikapi
Permasalahan negara yang berkembang saat ini dengan adanya virus corona dan anjloknya perekonomian negara dan melemahnya nilai tukar rupiah dengan dolar AS saya terpanggil untuk memberi saran dan solusi demi dan untuk ketahanan nlNegara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia tanpa kepentingan politik/jabatan atau mencari keuntungan pribadi ini murni sebagai rasa tanggungjawab sebagai rakyat demi bangsa dan negara.

Dalam hal ini saya menyampaikan saran dan pendapat untuk dijadikan bahan kajian dan pertimbangan hukum  Terutama untuk fungsi negara yang memiliki tanggungjawab lebih tinggi Diantaranya:

Fungsi benteng pertahanan hukum dan ekonomi keamanaa, TNI,  Kejaksaan, Polri BIN, KPK, BPK Dan BENDAHARA NEGARA
terutama yang terhormat Persiden Republik Indonesia sebagai Kepala Tinggi Pemerintahan NKRI dan seluruh fungsi administrasi negara lainnya Untuk mengatasi permasalahan negara saat ini saya menyarankan agar semua pihak menyadari dan bercermin dari berbagai sejarah perjalanan bangsa indonesia
Saat ini kita semua menghadapi krisis global tentu kita semua harus sama – sama berpikir dan berjuang mencari solusi mengatasi negara ini agar dapat segera keluar dari permasalahan saat ini .

Setelah saya mengamati dari berbagai masalah krisis dan lemah nya nilai tukar rupiah Mulai saat ini kebelakang semua terjadi dan semua ada sebab nya dan banyak dalil yg dikeluarkan para pakar dan tokoh ekonomi dan keuangan
Dan semua itu masuk diakal secara logika hukum dan dapat dipahami oleh semua pihak Tetapi saya disini Menyampaikan pendapat dan saran yang beda dari tokoh yang lain tetapi dengan tujuan yang sama dalam rangka bela negara NKRI
Dan Solusinya untuk mengatasi semua ini adalah masalah keuangan negara harus kembali kepayung hukum tetap
Karena dari sumber keuangan yang salah akan melahirkan berbagai kejahatan
Contoh
1.kejahatan politik /sistem
2.kejahatan ekonomi
Sosial dan budaya Dan hak asasi manusia
Karna pada dasarnya apapun yg dikerjakan apapun yang diurus semua kembali ke masalah keuangan yang dibutuhkan bangsa dan negara sebagai alat transaksional di dunia ini yang diatasnya adalah hukum dan Tuhan Alloh SWT.

Dengan berbagai krisis yang terjadi saat ini
Untuk mengatasinya saran pendapat saya hanya kembali ke aturan hukum keuangan negara dan pemilik rekening induk dan pemilik lesensi keuangan sesuai aturan AM. 300 .ASBLP. dan semua itu bisa dilihat dari permasalahan 1997. 2001. Dan saya minta para tokoh yang pernah duduk menjabat tahun itu dan yang mengetahui permasalahan. Yang sebenar benarnya
Seyogianya demi dan untuk bangsa dan negara Untuk memberikan keterangan yang sebenar benarnya kepada aparat penegak hukum yang menjabat sebagai penerus saat ini .saya minta kepada yang terhormat para fungsi utama negara untuk kembali merilis ulang permasalahan keuangan negara Mulai 1997 sampai saat ini.

Mulai adanya uang bergambar Sukarno – Hatta, Karena sepengetahuan saya pada saat itu banyak oknum yg turut mencetak uang secara ilegal diluar aturan yang sebenar – benarnya Saran dan pendapat ini bisa dipertanggung jawabkan. Menurut pengetahuan saya Dan Percetakan yang syah dan legal saat itu tentang percetakan uang bergambar Sukarno – Hatta Hanya yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Unibuwono Mataram Fondation diaustralia Dengan nama projek phoenix Pemilik  PT. dan Projek tersebut adalah .M BAMBANGUTOMO.

Jadi semua uang yg dicetak diluar projek itu di saat taun 1997, 2001
Sepengetahuan saya dan patut dasangkakan atau patut diduga melanggar hukum percetakan dunia petunjuk dan keterangan ini bisa saya pertanggung jawabkan karena didapat dari narasumber utama pelakunya ya itu. M. BAMBANG UTOMO, Grantor dan Ketua Majlis Tinggi Selaco jadi untuk mengatasi permasalahan krisis ini menurut hemat saya hanya satu solusinya ya itu kembalikan ke pemilik rekening induk dan mari duduk bersama untuk mengatasi permasalahan saat ini antara pemerintah sebagai pengguna dan pemilik jaminan baipun lesenci yaitu. M BAMBANG UTOMO

Untuk mengetahui kebenaran tersebut aparat penegak hukum dapat mempertanyakan atau minta keteranga ke gubernur bank central INDONESIA dan jajarannya atau duduk bersama dengan pemilik atasnama rekening induk yg sebenar benarnya data nya bisa dipertanyakan ke deputi atau deputi impormasi BANK INDONESIA dan dokumen poko phoenix dan AM. 300.ASBLP. sebagai dokumen pokok
saya mohon petunjuk ini jadikan sebagai bahan dasar untuk dilakukan penyelidikan dan dapat dilakukan secara pertikal dan horisontal Demi bangsa dan negara
