Dalam rangka upaya Pembangunan Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM) dilingkungan Diskum Kormar, Kadiskum kormar menyampaikan pesan pada jajarannya agar mendukung pembangunan Zona Integritas dengan Komitmen bersama Diskum kormar menuju WBK Dan WBBK. dan ini merupakan bukti kesungguhan dan komitmen organisasi, dalam mengkukuhkan diri untuk melaksanakan program pemerintah dan TNI/TNI Angkatan Laut dalam mewujudkan Zona Integritas Menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan melayani (WBBM) serta wilayah yang akuntabel.

WBK adalah predikat yang diberikan kepada satker yang memenuhi sebagian besar program Manajemen Perubahan, Penataan Tata Laksana, Penataan Sistem Manajemen SDM, Penguatan Pengawasan dan Penguatan Akuntabilitas Kinerja. WBBM adalah predikat yang diberikan kepada satker yang memenuhi sebagian besar Program Manajemen Perubahan, Penataan Tata Laksana, Penataan Sistem Manajemen SDM, Penguatan Pengawasan, Penguatan Akuntabilitas Kinerja dan Penguatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik.
