Kapolres Sergai Menginstruksikan Jajaran Polsek, Sikat Habis Bandar Judi Togel di Wilkum Polres Sergai

Serdang Bedagai – Alias Dayu (25) warga Dusun 1, Desa Pasar Baru, Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) harus menginap dibalik Jeruji Besi Mapolres Serdang Bedagai, Kamis (27/02/2020) sekira pukul 21.00 wib

Pasalnya Bapak satu anak ini Diringkus Tim Opsnal Polsek Teluk Mengkudu saat sedang menunggu Pemesan Judi Kim pada Sebuah Warung yang terletak di Dusun I, Desa Pasar Baru, Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai.

Dari Penangkapan tersebut Polisi berhasil mengamankan barang bukti 1 helai kertas berisikan Nomor angka tebakan, 1 unit HP merk Nokia berisikan Nomor tebakan angka,  serta Uang  Tunai Rp. 987.000,- rupiah dari hasil penjualan Judi KIM, turut diamankan Polisi.

Kapolres Serdang Bedagai AKBP Robin Simatupang kepada media Jumat (28/02/2020) membenarkan terhadap penangkapan kepada tersangka Juru tulis (jurtul) Kim di sebuah warung Dusun I, Desa Pasar Baru, Kec. Teluk Mengkudu, Sergai

“Adanya Laporan masyarakat tentang permainan Judi Kim di sebuah warung Dusun I, Desa Pasar Baru, Kec. Teluk Mengkudu, kita tindak lanjuti dan berhasil Menangkap Pelaku bersama barang Bukti Uang, Kertas tulisan angka dan HP berisikan nomor tebakan angka KIM,,” Kata Kapolres.

Masih dikatakan Kapolres, tersangka mengaku sudah empat bulan lamanya berprofesi sebagai Juru Tulis (Jurtul) karena tidak mempunyai pekerjaan yang tetap, Dengan Omset seratusan ribu rupiah dan mendapat Upah 15 Persen pada Setiap Putarannya.

“Tersangka Sudah empat Bulan Jadi Jurtul karena tidak mempunyai pekerjaan yang tetap, dengan Omset Seratusan Ribu dan mendapat Upah 15 Persen, Tersangka Mengaku menyetorkan Hasil rekapannya kepada Saudara Dedi setiap hari Selasa dan Jumat warga Sialang Buah namun pada saat dilakukan pengembangan orang tersebut tidak ditemukan,” Ungkap Kapolres.

“saat ini pelaku dilakukan Penahanan di RTP Polres Serdang Bedagai untuk proses hukum selanjutnya, pelaku kita kenakan Pasal 303 ayat (1) ke 1e, 2e, 3e dan ayat (3) KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama lamanya 10 Tahun kurungan penjara.” Tutup Kapolres Serdang Bedagai.(RH)
