Batu bara – Kapolres Batu Bara AKBP H. Ikhwan Lubis. SH. MH Instruksi kepada jajarannya, kita akan buat tidak ada tempat pelaku kejahatan di Batu Bara, instruksi ini ditanggapi dengan Sigap oleh Kapolsek Indrapura AKP Mitha Natasya. SIK. SH dan Kanit Reskrim IPDA Jimmy Sitorus, SH berhasil mengungkap dan menangkap Pelaku Kejahatan pencurian sepeda motor yang terjadi pada hari Sabtu tanggal 22 februari 2020 pukul 21.00 wib di Dsn II Desa Pematang Kuing Kec. Sei suka Kab.Batu Bara.

Bermula pukul 21.00 wib Korban bernama Hary Ali Bukhori mengadakan hajatan Pesta perkawinan dirumahnya dan kemudian Saksi Eliza meminjamkan Sepeda motornya korban untuk membeli Kado hadiah perkawinan, Kemudian saksi memarkirkan sepeda motor jenis Honda Vario BK 4184 TAR milik korban, Beberapa waktu kemudian saksi Eliza melihat sepedamotornya sudah tidak ada lagi ditempat samping rumah korban dan Eliza mengadukan kepada Korban bahwa sepeda motor telah hilang.

Lalu Korban Hery Ali Bukhori melalui Hp menghubungi Kapolsek Indrapura AKP Mitha Natasya, SIK, SH, kemudian dengan sigap Kapolsek, Kanit Reskrim IPDA Jimmy Sitorus, SH bersama Tim Buser Polsek Indrapura memburu pelaku Curanmor tersebut ke arah Indrapura yang oleh saksi bahwa Sepeda motor dibawa lari ke arah Indrapura kota, dan setelah beberapa Jam kemudian setibanya di Desa Suka Raja Kec.Air putih Petugas melihat Tersangka bersama sepeda motor singgah di warung milik saudara Fani, dan pada saat itulah Tersangka ditangkap bersama Sepeda motor hasil kejahatannya dan dari tangan tersangka bernama Bambang Irawan disita Kunci leter T dan kunci Obeng yang sudah dimodefikasi.

Tersangka Bamban Irawan bersama Barang bukti dibawa ke Polsek Indrapura untuk dilakukan Pengembangan, Penyelidikan serta Penyidikan selanjutnya.
