Rumah Digrebek Polisi, Pengedar Ganja Dolok Sagala Gol

Sergai — Budi Wibowo (43) warga Sarang puah, Desa Dolok Sagala, Kecamatan Dolok Masihul, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai harus meringkuk di Sel Mapolsek Dolok Masihul setelah kedapatan Narkoba jenis Daun Ganja di rumahnya, Kamis (20/02/2020) sekira pukul 04.30 Wib.

Dari penggerebekan tersebut Polisi berhasil menemukan barang bukti berupa tiga buah Rokok Magnum yang sudah berisikan daun ganja, Daun Ganja Kering dalam Plastik kecil dengan berat 30 gram ditemukan diatas Kulkas.

Kapolres Serdang Bedagai AKBP Robin Simatupang kepada media, Jumat (21/02/2020) mengatakan Penggerebekan di rumah terduga pengedar ganja yang terletak di Dusun Sarang Puah Desa Dolok Sagala Kecamatan Dolok Masihul berdasarkan laporan dari masyarakat tentang aktifitas pelaku sering melakukan transaksi Narkoba jenis daun ganja tersebut.

“Atas laporan tersebut kami lakukan penggerebekan bersama kepala Desa, kemudia berhasil menemukan barang bukti Narkoba Daun Ganja Kering diatas Kulkas,” Kata AKBP Robin.

Masih dikatakan Kapolres, Pelaku mengaku membeli narkoba jenis daun ganja dari Bandar ZF di daerah Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang dan sudah 5 bulan menjalani bisnis haram tersebut.

“Pelaku Mengaku Membeli dari Bandar di Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, Saat ini kita lakukan Pengembangan untuk melakukan penangkapan Bandarnya,” Tegas Kapolres.

Atas Perbuatannya Pelaku dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat (1) Subs Pasal 111 ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara,”Tutup Kapolres (RH)
