Opersi Gaktib dan Yustisi Untuk Meminimalisir Pelanggaran Prajurit

Semarang – Salah satu ciri dari profesionalitas prajurit adalah disiplin yang tinggi, dan salah satu upaya untuk memelihara kedisiplinan yang tinggi tersebut adalah melalui Operasi Penegakan Ketertiban dan Operasi Yustisi.

Dalam pelaksanaannya, operasi harus dikembangkan kearah peningkatan profesionalitas petugas dan subjek hukum melalui upaya edukasi. Hal ini karena esensi operasi adalah proses lanjutan dari upaya pencegahan dan penyelesaian pelanggaran hukum bagi prajurit dan PNS TNI. Dengan demikian kepatuhan terhadap norma, peraturan dan hukum dapat ditegakkan, baik atas kesadaran individu maupun secara struktural formal.

Dalam melaksanakan tugas operasi, petugas tidak boleh bersikap arogan namun demikian harus tegas dan tidak ragu-ragu.

“Terapkan inovasi-inovasi baru dalam penegakkan hukum sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan optimalisasi pencapaian tugas pokok. Penguasaan tugas dan tanggung jawab tidak hanya terbatas pada UU dan aturan yang berlaku, tetapi juga perkembangan lingkungan strategis yang berpengaruh”, ujar Panglima TNI Marsekal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto dalam amanatnya yang dibacakan Kasdam IV/Diponegoro Brigjen TNI Teguh Muji Angkasa pada Upacara Gelar Operasi Gaktib dan Yustisi Polisi Militer TA. 2020 di Halaman Mapomdam IV/Diponegoro Kalibanteng Semarang, Jum’at (14/02/2020).

Operasi yang mengambil tema “Dengan Operasi Gaktib dan Operasi Yustisi TA. 2020, Polisi Militer Siap Meningkatkan Ketaatan hukum, Disiplin dan Tata Tertib Prajurit Guna Membangun TNI yang Profesional dan Menjadi Kebanggan Rakyat Menuju Indonesia Maju” ini dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Kepada awak media usai memimpin upacara, Kasdam IV/Diponegoro menegaskan bahwa operasi ini pada dasarnya untuk mengingkatkan prajurit supaya taat hukum. Prajurit juga warga negara yang juga harus patuh dan taat kepada hukum.

“Substansi operasi Gaktib dan Yustisi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran bagi prajurit dan PNS TNI taat dan patuh pada hukum”, tegas orang nomor dua di Kodam IV/Diponegoro.

Sasaran dari operasi ini seluruh prajurit dan PNS TNI baik TNI AD, TNI AL maupun TNI AU. Sehingga dalam pelaksnaannya nanti akan melibatkan Polisi Militer TNI AD, AL dan AU, termasuk instansi terkait lainnya seperti Polda, BNN dan yang lainnya.

Disoal tentang Pilkada Serentak, Jenderal bintang satu itu menyampaikan pada tahun 2020 ini akan dilaksanakan Pilkada Serentak di 270 wilayah. Seluruh prajurit dan PNS TNI harus untuk memegang teguh komitmen netralitas TNI agar
pilkada dapat terlaksana dengan aman, lancar dan sukses.
