PRIMKOPAL KOLATMAR GELAR RAPJ TAHUN BUKU 2019
Surabaya – Komando Latih Korps Marinir (Kolatmar) mengadakan Rapat Anggota Pertanggungjawaban Primkopal (RAPJ) Tahun Buku 2019. Acara tahunan yang diselenggarakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 12 Februari 2020 tersebut dihadiri oleh segenap pejabat Kaprimkopal Marinir wilayah Timur, Kapuskopalmar Letnan Kolonel Marinir Dasril, Kadiskop Kab. Pasuruan Akhmad Khasani, Perwira Staf Kolatmar, para Dansatlak Kolatmar dan para pengurus Cabang 5 Jalasenastri PG Kormar serta Perwira, Bintara, Tamtama anggota Primkopal Kolatmar, yang diselenggarakan di Bapra Kodikmar Gunungsari Surabaya, Rabu (12/02/2020).
Pada kesempatan tersebut Paspers Kolatmar Letnan Kolonel Marinir Pujiono mewakili Komandan Kolatmar Kolonel Marinir Suliono, S.E. membuka acara RAPJ Kolatmar Tahun Buku 2019.
Dalam amanatnya Komandan Kolatmar yang dibacakan oleh Paspers Kolatmar Letnan Kolonel Marinir Pujiono menyampaikan bahwa Primkopal Kolatmar akan selalu berupaya memenuhi dan mendukung setiap kebutuhan yang diperlukan bagi anggota dan keluarganya dengan upaya dan usaha-usaha kemandirian, mengingat kebutuhan ekonomi merupakan hal yang pokok bagi anggota dan keluarganya dimana setiap waktu semakin meningkat dan berubah secara dinamis. Oleh karena itu Primkopal Kolatmar akan selalu meningkatkan SDMnya untuk mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki agar usaha-usaha kemandirian tetap bisa terjaga sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga Primkopal Kolatmar sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan.
Pelaksanaan RAPJ Primkopal Kolatmar tersebut bertujuan untuk menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus kepada anggota Primkopal Kolatmar dalam melayani dan mendukung setiap kebutuhan yang diperlukan bagi anggotanya sekaligus sebagai evaluasi kinerja pengurus untuk mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan di tahun berikutnya.
Tema RAPJ Primkopal kali ini adalah “DALAM RANGKA MEWUJUDKAN USAHA MANDIRI KOPAL, KITA TINGKATKAN FROPESIONALISME PENGAWAK KOPAL GUNA MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTA KOPAL BESERTA KELUARGANYA” Dengan tema tersebut Primkopal Kolatmar sebagai organisasi luar setruktural Korps Marinir TNI AL, dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab a berusaha mewujudkan usaha mandiri di jajarannya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh anggota dan keluarganya.
Komandan Kolatmar juga berharap kepada seluruh pengawak Primkopal untuk menjadikan dirinya sebagai sosok pengawak yang profesional, menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan manajemen koperasi yang handal, jujur dan disiplin sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Kapuskopalmar Letnan Kolonel Marinir Dasril memberikan masukan kepada para pengawak atau pengurus Primkopal Kolatmar untuk membekali diri dengan kemampuan pengetahuan perkoperasian didalam menjalankan usaha kopal, sehingga dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang besar dengan cara diikut sertakan dalam pendidikan serta pelatihan-pelatihan koperasi. Tujuannya untuk dapat diterapkan guna pengembangan usaha koperasi Kolatmar.
Kapuskopalmar juga memberikan beberapa penekanan kepada para pengurus dan pengawak Primkopal Kolatmar pada RAPJ Tahun Buku 2019 untuk dipedomani, diantaranya Pertama; Tingkatkan Profesionalisme dalam menjalankan usahanya, sehingga dapat merubah suatu tantangan menjadi peluang. Kedua; Berikan pelayanan prima yang bermanfaat sehingga mampu mengembangkan kegiatan usaha yang menyentuh kebutuhan langsung pada anggota dan keluarganya. Ketiga; Kelola dengan baik aset Korps Marinir/TNI AL untuk dimanfaatkan dan diberdayakan dengan memperhatikan aturan yang telah ditetapkan Pemerintah.
Primkopal Kolatmar juga mendapatkan apresiasi sangat baik oleh Kadiskop Kab. Pasuruan Akhmad Khasani, karena merupakan Koperasi yang sehat dan berkembang, hal ini dilihat dari laporan keuangan yang selalu meningkat dari tahun ketahun dan tidak ada permasalahan serta dalam melaksanakan RAPJ selalu diawal tahun.
Setelah acara pembukaan RAPJ ke 34 Tahun Buku 2019, acara dilanjutkan dengan Sidang Pleno untuk penyampaian hasil Quorum Rapat, pemilihan dan penetapan Kaprimkopal Kolatmar Tahun Buku 2020.(Dispen Komar)
