Korban Angin Puting Beliung Desa Fahiluka Membutuhkan Makanan dan Air Bersih

MALAKA – Angin puting beliung yang terjadi Senin (10/02/2020) kemarin memporak-porandakan puluhan rumah di desa Railor dan desa Fahiluka,Kecamatan Malaka Tengah,Kabupaten Malaka, NTT.

Angin puting beliung disertai hujan deras ini melumpuhkan aktifitas warga yang tertimpa bencana alam ini.

Terpantau di desa Fahiluka dusun Bolan B,ada empat Kepala Keluarga (KK) yang rumahnya hancur berantakan dihantam oleh dashyatnya angin. Atap rumah bahkan ada rumah yang rubuh total diterjang angin puting beliung.

Maksimianus Leo Kehi, warga dusun Bolan B, ketika ditemuiNKRIpost.com di lokasi bencana menceritakan awal mula datangnya angin yang secara tiba-tiba dan menunjukkan rumahnya yang rusak berat.

” Hujan angin datang tiba-tiba dan kami semua di dalam rumah. Tiba-tiba atap rumah semua terbang semua ditiup angin. Kami berlindung di bawah dan berusaha menyelamatkan diri. Tapi untungnya tidak ada korban jiwa. Hanya kami basah dan kedunginan,bingung mau berlindung di mana,” tutur Leo Kehi kepada NKRIpost.com

Tidak jauh dari Leo Kehi,ada Maria Sinta Hoar. Ibu rumah tangga ini rumahnya hancur lebur rata dengan tanah,diterpa angin kencang puting beliung. Beruntungnya,saat itu dirinya berada di rumah saudaranya.

” Rata dengan tanah. Bingung harus bagaiimana lagi. Saat kejadian saya di rumah saudara saya,” kata Maria Sinta Hoar datar.

Terpantau NKRIpost.com, Selasa (11/02/2020), saat ini masyarakat desa Fahiluka yang terkena bencana angin puting beliung membutuhkan air minum dam makanan serta pakaian. Hal ini karena selain diterpa bencana, cuaca juga sangat tidak bersahabat. Guyuran hujan masih deras sehingga genangan air hujan disekitar lokasi bencana pun setinggi 30cm.

Menurut pengakuan Maria Sinta Hoar,mereka membeli air dari luar dan makanan dari belas kasihan tetangga.

‘Hujan dan sumur airnya keruh. Kami beli air diluar. Mau masak tidak bisa. Listrik padam dan kayu api basah semua. Kami bertahan begini saja. Dari Pemerintah cuman datang data saja lalu hilang. Tolong kami pak wartawan,” ujar wanita separu baya ini kepada awak media.

Hal senada juga diungkapkan oleh Leo Kehi. Dia bersama keluarganya untuk sementara membuat tenda darurat di halaman rumahnya. Terpal dan tikar dibantu oleh Dinas BPBD Malaka. Tapi yang memprihatinkan adalah,dibawah tenda tersebut,ada genangan air setinggi 30cm. Untungnya mereka duduk di atas lata yang darurat dibuat oleh sanak saudaranya.

” Kami butuh air,makanan dan pakaian. Untuk kita yang dewasa tidak masalah,tapi ada anak kecil juga ini. Meraka trauma dan menangis kalau hujan datang lagi. Hujan ini kami stengah mati. Dari Pemda hanya kasih tikar dan terpal ini. Yang lainnya belum ada,” kata Leo Kehi.

Wartawan NKRIpost.com,ke lokasi bersama Relawan RTS yang turut membantu sembako untuk para korban.
