Konferensi Pers, Kapolres Tanjung Balai AKBP Putu Yudha Prawira. SIK. MH, Penangkapan 2 Kg Narkotika Jenis Sabu

Tanjung Balai — Di Lobi Mapolres Tanjung Balai Pada Hari Selasa Tanggal 11 Februari 2020 Pukul 08.30 Wib Telah dilaksanakan Konferensi Per terkait Pengungkapan TKI ilegal yang Nembawa Sabu.

Hadir dalam Konferensi Pers tersebut adalah Rekan Rekan Insan Pers dari Media Cetak, TV, dan Media Online Serta Para Pejabat Utama Polres Tanjung Balai.

Kapolres Tanjung Balai AKBP PUTU YUDHA PRAWIRA SIK, MH yang didampingi Waka Polres Kompol Edi Bona Sinaga dalam Keterangannya mengatakan Bahwa TKI yang Membawa Narkotika Jenis Sabu Tersebut Berangkat dari Malaysia Menaiki Kapal Ikan yang sudah diketahui Identitasnya namun Masih dalam Penyelidikan karna Kapal berikut Nakhodanya tidak berada di Wilayah Kota Tanjung Balai.

Tersangka yang telah diamankan berikut Barang Bukti Narkotika Jenis Sabu yang berhasil disita dari Kedua orang tersangka adalah :

  1. Dari Tersangka Musassirin alias Basyir, Lk, lahir di Bandrong Tanggal 25 Januari 1999, 21 Thn, Suju Aceh, Pekerjaan Wiraswasta, Agama Islam, Warganegara Indonesia, Alamat Dusun Tanjung Desa Bandrong Kec. Preulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Baranga Buktinya adalah :
    Satu bungkus besar Plastik Transparan diduga berisi Narkotika Jenis Sabu berat Kotor 1.050(Seribu limapukuh gram), Satu unit Hand Phone Metk Samsung Warna Putih Nomor imei 35830505983026, no Sim Card 01123620834, Satu Potong Handuk Warna Biru dan Satu buah Tas Ransel Warna Abu abu Merk XIUXIANBEIBAO.

  2. Dari Tersangka Muhammad Zul Fadlisyah alias Fadli, Lahir di Mns Dayah tanggal 3 Mei 1989, unur 30 Thn, Suku Aceh, Lk, Pekerjaan Wiraswasta, Islam, Warganegara Indonesia, Alamat Dusun Lampoh Oe Desa Kota Panton labu Kec Tanah Jambo Aye Kab Aceh Utara Prov Nangroe Aceh Darussalam, Barang Buktinya :

Terhadap kedua Tersangka dipersangkakan Melanggar Pasal 113 Ayat (2) Sub Pasal 115 Ayat (1) Subs Pasal 114 ayat (2) Subs Pasal 112 ayat (2) UU RI No.35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman Hukuman Paling Singkat 5(lima) Tahun, Paling Lama 20(duapuluh) Tahun, maksimal Seumur Hidup atau Pidana Mati. dengan ancaman hukuman Minimal 5 Tahun Penjara Sampai dengan 20 Tahun atau Seumur Hidup atau Hukuman Mati.( Rahmat Hidayat)
