Fungsi Pengawasan, Staf Teritorial Korem 071/Wijayakusuma Laksanakan Waslakgiat

Tegal – Staf Teritorial Korem 071/Wijayakusuma melaksanakan pengawasan pelaksanaan kegiatan (Waslakgiat) Teritorial bidang Puanter dan Binsiap Apwil di Kodim 0712/Tegal, Selasa (11/2/2020).

Mayor (K) Rr. Sri Harjani, E.D.A., S.Sos., Pasi Komsos Siterrem 071/Wijayakusuma selaku Ketua Tim menyampaikan, pengawasan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah salah satu fungsi dasar manajemen guna mengetahui sejauh mana kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan agar sesuai dengan kebijakan dari Komando Atas. Sehingga apabila ada hal yang belum sesuai dengan sasaran, dapat dievaluasi guna perbaikan pada kegiatan selanjutnya.

Dikatakan, kehadirannya ke Kodim Tegal ini dalam rangka Waslakgiat memiliki arti penting dan nilai manfaat yang besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Karena keberadaan Waslakgiat pada hakekatnya merupakan kontrol dan alat kendali bagi penyelenggaraan suatu kegiatan pada sebuah organisasi yang dalam hal ini adalah Kodim 0712/Tegal.

“Kunjungan Waslakgiat ke satuan bawah merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilaksanakan sebagai realisasi dari pengawasan, pencegahan, pengendalian sebagai unsur pelaksana kegiatan”, terangnya.

Menurutnya Waslakgiat ditugaskan bukan untuk mencari kesalahan, melainkan untuk melaksanakan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan agar dapat lebih optimal dan tepat sasaran.

“Tujuan Waslakgiat ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kegiatan teritorial khususnya bidang puan ter dan binsiap apwil dilaksanakan satuan bawah. Kegiatan ini juga sebagai bentuk pengawasan dan pengendalian pelaksanaan program bidang teritorial serta pengawasan dan pemeriksaan terhadap pertanggungjawaban keuangan/wabku”, paparnya.

Sementara itu, Kasdim 0712/Tegal Mayor Inf Ahmad Azis mewakili Dandim 0712/Tegal dalam sambutaannya mengatakan, kegiatan inì merupakan sebagai bentuk pengawasan dari Komando atas kepada satuan jajaran untuk menertibkan penggunaan anggaran dan laporan kegiatan yang berada di satuan ini. Karenanya, kegiatan ini agar dimanfaaatkan dengan baik untuk memotifasi kita serta untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan dan penguasaan ketrampilan khususnya di bidang teritorial, dengan harapan agar para Babinsa harus bisa menjabarkan dan mengaplikasikan materi yang telah di sampaikan di lapangan.(**)
