Menagih Janji Presiden Jokowi Terkait PP no 43 Tahun 2018

JAKARTA – Upaya meneciptakan pemerintahan yang bebas dari korupsi tidak terlepas dari peran serta masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam mengawasi segala kebijakan pemerintah agar terlaksana dan tepat pada sasarannya.

Perihal peran serta masyarakat dalam pemberantasan korupsi dan pemberian penghargaan atas pelaporan terhadap pelaku tipikor, PKN ( Pemantau Keuangan Negarà) dengan tegas dan sangat hati hati teliti dan cermat melakukan upaya peran serta masyarakat dalam pemberantasan korupsi, dan melaporkan nya ke polres jakarta utara dan pelaku korupsi sudah tertangkap dan di putuskan dalam sidang, maka kami membuat surat permohonan pemberian penghargaan dari negara yang tertuang dalam peraturan pemerintah atau di singkat PP no 43 tahun 2018, namun pihak kejaksaan tinggi DKI Jakarta tidak membalas surat PKN tersebut tanpa sebuah alasan.

PKN yang sebagai wadah perkumpulan rakyat anti korupsi merasa kecewa atas perilaku pihak kejati DKI Jakarta yg justru di biayai rakyat, lewat pajak telah abai dalam tugasnya melayani rakyat dengan baik santun dan secara benar, Presiden Jokowi harus tahu inilah cara kerja lembaga hukum negara (kejati DKI Jakarta yang tidak profesional dan proporsional dalam mengemban tugasnya, seharusnya kejati dan Presiden Jokowi bersyukur atas hadirnya organ perkumpulan Pemantau Keuangan Negara di republik ini dan terdaftar di menkumham, meminta dengan tegas kepada presiden jokowi menegur pihak kejati DKI Jakarta untuk membenahi cara berfikir dan bergerak dalam menjalankan tupoksinya sebagai penegak hukum negara dengan sebaik baiknya dan seadil adilnya,
