Surakarta – Lanud Smo. Komandan Komando Pembinaan Doktrin, Pendidikan dan Latihan TNI Angkatan Udara (Dankodiklatau) Marsekal Muda TNI Tatang Harlyansah, S.E., M.M., mengucapkan selamat atas keberhasilan siswa untuk mengikuti pendidikan di Skadron Pendidikan 403 Lanud Adi Soemarmo selama lima bulan kedepan. Demikian ujar Dankodiklatau pada upacara pembukaan Pendidikan Sekolah Pertama Bintara Prajurit Karier (Semaba PK) TNI AU Angkatan ke-45, di Lapangan Dirgantara Lanud Adi Soemarmo. Minggu (2/2)
Dalam sambutanya Komandan Kodiklatau menyampaikan bahwa pendidikan pertama prajurit berpangkat bintara pada hakekatnya merupakan investasi sebagai salah satu upaya organisasi dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia TNI Angkatan Udara yang handal dan profesional. Melalui pendidikan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sekaligus mencetak prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara yang dapat menjawab tantangan tugas dimasa mendatang.
Mulai saat ini, kalian telah memasuki kehidupan militer, sehingga kalian akan ditempa, digembleng dan dididik sesuai program pendidikan yang telah disiapkan guna merubah sikap mental menjadi seorang prajurit TNI yang berbeda dari sikap sebelumnya. tegas Dankodiklatau.

Lebih lanjut Dankodiklatau mengharapkan agar kalian segera menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan pendidikan militer yang serba tertib, teratur dan disiplin, siapkan mental dan fisik kalian, agar dapat melaksanakan pendidikan yang telah diprogramkan serta untuk mencapai hasil didik yang berkualitas serta memiliki sikap profesional, militan, dan inovatif.

Hadir pada upacara tersebut Komandan Lanud Adi Soemarmo Kolonel Pnb Adrian P. Damanik, S.T., M.M., Komandan Depohar 50 Kolonel Lek Budi R. Leman, para pejabat Lanud Adi Soemarmo dan Depohar 50.

Pendidikan Semaba PK TNI AU Angkatan ke-45 akan dilaksanakan selama lima bulan, diikuti sebanyak 324 siswa, untuk pendidikan Semaba PK TNI AU akan dilaksanakan di Skadik 403 Lanud Adi Soemarmo Surakarta.

Seusai upacara pembukaan dilanjutkan dengan tradisi pemotongan rambut dan penyiraman air bunga oleh Dankodiklatau kepada perwakilan siswa diikuti pejabat yang hadir dan selanjutnya penyiraman masal kepada prajurit siswa, serta tradisi cinta tanah dengan mencium bendera merah putih.
