JAKARTA – Jaksa Agun RI St. Burhanuddin memberikan pengarahan kepada aparat kejaksaan seluruh Indoneia melalui video converence, (Kamis, 30 Januari 2020) sekitar pukul 07.45 WIB s/d pukul 09.45 WIB, acara dilaksanakan oleh Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Puspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung RI, bekerja sama dengan Pusat Data Kriminal dan Teknolgi Informasi (Pusdaskrimti) Kejaksaan Agung RI.
Hadir dalam acara yang dilaksanakan di Media Centre Puspenkum Kejaksaan Agung RI, antara lain Jaksa Agung Muda Pembinaan, Jaksa Agung Muda Intelijen, Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Umum yang merangkap sebagai Plh. Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus, Kepalan Badan Pendidikan dan Latihan Kejaksaan RI., Staf Ahli Bapak Toni Spontana, Sekretaris JAM Intelijen, Sekretaris JAM Pengawasan, Sekretaris JAM Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejagung RI dan Kepala Pusat Penelitan dan Pengembangan Kejagung RI. dan diikuti oleh seluruh Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi beserta jajarannya serta Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri dan jajarannya di seluruh Indonesia.
Dalam arahannya, Bapak Jaksa Agung RI menyampaikan beberapa hal-hal, antara lain:
1. bahwa tujuan vicon hari ini yakni dalam rangka mendengar dan merangkum segala permasalahan yang muncul di seluruh satuan kerja Kejaksaan se-Indonesia serta sebagai bahan follow up dan evaluasi dari kegiatan terdahulu untuk dicarikan solusi terbaik atas kemungkinan adanya hambatan atau kendala yang dihadapi selama ini dalam menunaikan tugas pokok dan kewenangan yang dimiliki;
2. Maksimalisasi pelaksanaan Peraturan Jaksa Agung RI Nomor: PER-069/ A/JA/07 tentang Ketentuan-Ketentuan Penyelenggaraan Pengawasan Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia ;
3. Kesiapan Kejaksaan dalam menghadapi Pilkada serentak Tahun 2020 ;
4. Program-program perubahan di setiap bidang Kejaksaan RI. mulai Bidang Pembinaan, Intelijen, Pidum, Pidsus, Datun dan Pengawasan.
Di bidang Pembinaan, Bapak Jaksa Agung RI. menekankan agar penerimaan hibah dari pemerintah daerah jangan sampai mempengaruhi independensi Kejaksaan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok, fungsi dan keweangan yang dimiliki ;
Di Bidang Intelijen, aparat intelijen agar senantiasa menyelenggarakan program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah (JMS) dengan memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan yang kedua agar peran yang sebelumnya dilaksanakan oleh TP4, tetap dilaksanakan oleh Asisten Intelijen dalam hal ini Kasi Pengamanan Pembangunan Strategis ;
Di Bidang Pidum, agar setiap jaksa mempalajari dan memahami UU Pemilu (khususnya Pilkada) dan peraturan lain yang terkait dan yang kedua dalam menangani perkara yang menarik perhatian masyarakat seyogyanya betul-betul memperhatikan hati nurani dan rasa keadilan masyarakat ;
Di Bidang Pidsus, optimalkan produk penyidikan perkara TP. Korupsi tetapi jangan sampai asal banyak penyidikan apalagi sampai melakukan kriminalisasi kebijakan atau sekedar mencari-cari kesalahan pembuat kebijakan ;
Di Bidang Datun, Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) sebagai primadona Kejaksaan ke depan hendaknya dalam membuat produk seperti Legal Opinion (LO) dan Legal Assitent (LA) harus betul-betul dibuat secara profesional dengan mendasarkan pada kontruksi yuridis formil serta dengan tetap menjaga integritas sebagai JPN ;
Di Bidang Pengawasan, agar aparat kejaksaan (Jaksa maupun Tata Usaha) tidak melakukan perbuatan tercela dan berikan kontribusi positif secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan dalam pembangunan Zona Integritas (ZI) menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM).
Dan setelah pengarahan Bapak Jaksa Agung RI. kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab bersama para peserta vicon dari beberapa Kejaksaan Tinggi dan Kejaksaan Negeri seluruh Indonesia.
Sebagai penutup, Bapak Jaksa Agung RI. menyampaikan penutup (closing statement), yakni:
