“Sebagai bangsa yang besar dan majemuk, bangsa Indonesia kaya akan nilai-nilai dan norma. Termasuk nilai-nilai relijius yang hidup dan berkembang di tengah kehidupan masyarakatnya. Nilai-nilai inilah yang wajib kita jaga, kita rawat dan kita lindungi bersama, dengan dilandasi semangat persaudaraan dan persatuan,” ujar Bamsoet dalam Perayaan Natal Bersama MPR RI, DPR RI dan DPD RI, di Gedung Nusantara IV MPR RI, Jakarta, Rabu malam (29/1/20).
Bagi Kepala Badan Bela Negara FKPPI ini, anugerah Tuhan kepada manusia berupa kesempurnaan bentuk dan rupa, membuat semua pihak dapat belajar memaknai rasa persaudaraan. Seluruh elemen bangsa Indonesia adalah ibarat satu tubuh. Ketika satu jatuh dan tangan terluka, maka rasa sakit tersebut juga turut dirasakan oleh anggota tubuh yang lain.
“Kita lahir, tumbuh, dan hidup di atas tanah air yang sama dan berlindung di bawah naungan cakrawala yang sama. Maka sudah sepatutnya kita hembuskan nafas kebersamaan dalam setiap gerak langkah kita sebagai sesama anak bangsa. Inilah perasaan senasib sepenanggungan,” tutur Bamsoet.
Wakil Ketua Umum Pemuda Pancasila ini menerangkan, sejarah perjuangan bangsa Indonesia pun telah memberi pesan berharga, bahwa cita-cita kemerdekaan tidak akan pernah tercapai bila kita masih begitu mudah terpecah belah. Sikap egois, individualis serta eksklusif, tidak akan pernah menjadi solusi efektif dalam menjawab setiap persoalan bangsa dan tantangan zaman.
“Selaras dengan tema dan sub tema Perayaan Natal pada hari ini, yakni ‘Hiduplah Sebagai Sahabat Bagi Semua Orang’, serta ‘Bekerja bersama dalam kerukunan dan persaudaraan untuk mencapai Indonesia Maju’, kita sadari bersama bahwa betapa pahit manis kehidupan yang telah menempa kita sebagai sebuah bangsa, telah memberikan kita sebuah cermin untuk berkontemplasi. Persahabatan, kerukunan dan persaudaraan adalah kata kunci yang tidak bisa ditawar-tawar untuk hidup bersama dalam keberagaman,” tandas Bamsoet.
Untuk mewujudkan kebersamaan, lanjut Wakil Ketua Umum SOKSI ini, diperlukan membangun paradigma yang sama bahwa pluralitas sebagai bangsa adalah realita yang mesti disikapi secara cerdas dan bijaksana. Heterogenitas bangsa adalah kekayaan yang menyatukan, bukan perbedaan yang memisahkan.
“Dalam konteks ke-Indonesiaan, kita pun menyadari sepenuhnya bahwa Indonesia bukan negara agama. Bukan pula negara sekuler. Pancasila sebagai ideologi dan pandangan hidup bangsa telah memberikan kita tempat untuk berpijak, juga memberikan ruang kemitraan dan kesetaraan bagi kita untuk sama-sama menghadirkan kedamaian di bumi Indonesia. Pancasila memberikan inspirasi dan landasan moral bagi kita untuk membuktikan bahwa kita adalah bangsa yang ber-ketuhanan, ber-perikemanusiaan, memegang teguh persatuan, mengutamakan musyawarah, dan adil dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan,” jelas Bamsoet.
Atas dasar hal itulah, Wakil Ketua Umum KADIN Indonesia ini mengajak seluruh elemen bangsa memaknai momen perayaan Natal, tidak hanya dari aspek ritual peribadatan semata. Aspek ruhaniah juga perlu ditindaklanjuti secara horisontal melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang menebar pesan-pesan perdamaian, dan menggugah semangat persaudaraan dan perasatuan.
