Dalam kesempatan ini, Kapolres Sergai AKBP Robin Simatupang SH,M,Mhum dalam arahannya mengatakan bahwa Polres kita belum memenuhi satupun dari WBK dan atau WBBN. Kita harus bisa menciptakan WBK dan mencapai WBBN.

“Untuk menciptakan WBK, kita harus ciptakan dari diri sendiri. Hal tersebut dapat di capai dengan hal paling sederhana dari kebersihan diri,”bilang AKBP Robin

Pelayanan SKCK, Pelayanan SIM dan pelayanan laporan pengaduan masyarakat diperlukan kecepatan Polri dalam menanggapi keluhan masyarakat, Polri Merupakan Instansi Terbaik ke 3 Di Indonesia. Ini terkaitnya degan pelayanan Publik sehingga masyarakat merasa puas tentang pelayanan polri.
