SERGAI – Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) kembali berhasil mengungkap kasus peredaran penyalahgunaan narkotika di wilayah hukumnya, Senin 27 Januari 2020 pukul 20.00 s/d 23.30 WIB.
Tersangka diketahui, Ahmad Fadila alias Dila, (28) sebagai pengedar narkoba dan Iskandar alias Kandai, (25) sebagai Bandar (BD), keduanya warga Dusun I Desa Pantai Cermin Kiri Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Sergai.
Keduanya diamankan dilokasi berbeda, di Cafe Bidin Pantai 88 Desa Kota Pari Kecamatan Pantai Cermin dan Dusun II Desa Pantai Cermin Kiri Kecamatan Pantai Cermin, Sergai.
Berikut barang bukti dari tersangka Ahmad Fadila alias Dila berupa, 1 (satu) bungkus rokok Sampoerna yang di dlmnya berisikan 2 helai plastik klip transparan diduga berisi Sabu berat brutto 0,23 gram, 1 bal plastik klip transparan kosong dan 1 buah sekop yang terbuat dari pipet plastik.
Sedangkan dari tersangka Iskandar alias Kandai berupa
1 (satu) buah dompet yg berisikan 1 plastik klip transparan berisi kristal diduga sabu berat brutto 0,20 gram, 4 (empat) lembar selip transfer dan 1 (satu) unit hp merk Samsung.
Kapolres Sergai, AKBP R. Simatupang, SH, M.Hum melalui Kasat Res Narkoba AKP Martualesi kepada wartawan menyampaikan penangkapan berdasarkan menindaklanjuti informasi dari masyarakat tentang adanya jual beli narkotika di Dusun I Desa Pantai Cermin Kiri, bahwa personil Sat Narkoba berulang kali melakukan penyelidikan, dimana diketahui pengedarnya bernama Kandai namun berulang kali penindakan terhadap Kandai dilakukan selalu lolos.
Bahkan diawal bulan Nopember 2019, ketika Sat Narkoba Polres Sergai melakukan penggrebekan dirumahnya pada TKP 2 tersebut diatas, oleh keluarganya memprovokasi masyarakat dengan alasan polisi menjebak, sehingga tersangka saat itu tidak bisa ditangkap karena dihalang halangi masyarakat, paparnya.
Menurut tersangka, lanjut Kasat Narkoba, saat sudah tertangkap dianya waktu itu sembunyi dalam lemari di kamar ayahnya dengan telanjang hanya memakai celana dalam, sekitar satu jam saya sembunyi dalam lemari pak nafas saya sesak, kata petugas, ya tapi kau hebat bisa lolos dan sekarang kau tertangkap biar tetanggamu tau bahwa kau pengedar narkoba dan polisi tidak salah tangkap ya kan dan langsung di iyakan oleh tersangka, saya salah pak kata tersangka Kandai kepada petugas.
Selanjutnya Kamis (23/1) sekira pukul 20.00 Wib personil Sat Narkoba melakukan under cover buy di Cafe Bidin Pantai 88 Desa Kota Pari Kecamatan Pantai Cermin guna bertransaksi dengan Dila yang mengajak personil ke pondok tepi pantai dan ketika Dila menyerahkan 1 (satu) paket klip transparan diduga berisikan butiran kristal sabu, ia pun langsung diamankan, beber AKP Martualesi Sitepu.
Ditambahkannya, kemudian terhadap Dila dilakukan pengembangan yang menerangkan mendapatkan narkotika sabu dari target operasi bernama Kandai seketika dilakukan pengembangan dan berhasil menangkapnya di jalan Dusun II Desa Pantai Cermin Kiri Kecamatan Pantai Cermin.
Dari hasil penggeledahan badan Kandai berhasil disita barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) buah dompet yang berisikan 1 plastik klip transparan berisi kristal diduga sabu berat brutto 0,20 gram, 4 (empat) lembar selip transfer dan 1 (satu) unit hp merk Samsung namun Kandai mengelak atas kepemilikan barang bukti tersebut dan saat ini terhadap Kandai masih dikembangkan.
Kedua tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 114 Sub 112 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal 20 tahun, tandas AKP Martualesi Sitepu.(**)
