Pengalihan Tenaga Honorer ke P3K di Pohuwato Kurang Jelas

Gorontalo — Pengalihan Tenaga Honorer ke P3K di Pohuwato kurang Jelas, Ini Kata BKD Karena adanya Mekanisme pengalihan pekerja dari tenaga honorer ke Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) di Kabupaten Pohuwato hingga kini belum ada kejelasan.

Bahkan, hal itu berlangsung sejak 2018 lalu. Hingga saat ini, dari jumlah 11 orang yang sudah mengikuti ujian dan
dinyatakan lulus, nasibnya juga belum
ada titik terang. Menurut Kepala BKD, Fitriyani H Lasantu, sampai saat ini proses penetapan SK belum ada meskipun sudah melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi.

“Karena memang juknisnya sampai dengan sekarang kita menunggu,” katanya, Pihaknya, kata Fitriyani, merasa prihatin terkait dengan pengalihan P3K ini. Apalagi, menurutnya, setiap tahun para peserta yang sudah lolos seleksi itu selalu mempertanyakan nasib mereka.

Namun, di saat permasalahan itu belum selesai, justru ada wacana baru soal rencana pemerintah pusat menghapus tenaga honorer. Fitriyani berharap, pemerintah segera mempercepat upaya pengalihan para honorer itu menjadi tenaga P3K.

“Karena mereka sudah lolos, misalnya di sana so dihitung dorang pe gaji, jadi so torang yang di daerah yang gaji mereka. Cuma kan torang tidak mungkin tutup mata,” jelasnya.

Dia mengaku, hingga kini belum ada aturan yang jelas terkait mekanisme pengangkatan P3K tersebut. Bagaimana cara mengangkatnya. Mengikuti seleksi seperti CPNS tapi setelah itu seperti pangkat dan golongan, penggajiannya dan jabatan-jabatannya belum ada,” keluhnya.

“Dan terakhir Kita sekarang masih bertahan, dan semua ASN yang ada di OPD pada teriak karena kekurangan tenaga. Ya kita lebih tingkatkan kemampuan kompetensi kepala-kepala seksi melayani sendiri, ngetik surat sandiri,” tandasnya.
