Walaupun Donny Saragih telah mengikuti Uji Kompetensi dan Keahlian dan lolos untuk posisi direksi di BUMD Pemprov DKI Jakarta, namun pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh yang bersangkutan bahwa tidak pernah dihukum (butir 2 Surat Pernyataan) ternyata tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya.
Pada Sabtu 25 Januari 2020, BP BUMD menerima laporan tentang status hukum Donny Saragih, kemudian melakukan verifikasi dan terbukti laporan tersebut benar. Pada Senin pagi, 27 Januari 2020, langsung dilakukan keputusan pembatalan keputusan para pemegang saham di luar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham tanggal 23 Januari 2020.
Keputusan tersebut diambil sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan tugas BP BUMD sebagai satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) yang memiliki fungsi untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap BUMD.
Keputusan para pemegang saham di luar RUPS tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
– Membatalkan keputusan para pemegang saham di luar RUPS tanggal 23 Januari 2020
– Menerima pengunduran diri dan memberhentikan dengan hormat Dirut PT Transjakarta saudara Agung Wicaksono
– Mengangkat saudara Yoga Adiwinarto sebagai Pelaksana Tugas Direktur Utama PT Transjakarta
Rilis pers ini menegaskan bahwa segala keputusan yang diambil dalam surat keputusan para pemegang saham di luar RUPS PT Transjakarta tanggal 23 Januari 2020 dinyatakan batal.(**)
