اَللَّهُمَّ مَا عَمِلْتُ مِنْ عَمَلٍ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ مَا نَهَيْتَنِي عَنْهُ وَلَمْ أَتُبْ مِنْه وَحَلُمْتَ فِيْها عَلَيَّ بِفَضْلِكَ بَعْدَ قُدْرَتِكَ عَلَى عُقُوبَتِي وَدَعَوْتَنِي إِلَى التَّوْبَةِ مِنْ بَعْدِ جَرَاءَتِي عَلَى مَعْصِيَتِكَ فَإِنِّي اسْتَغْفَرْتُكَ فَاغْفِرْلِي وَمَا عَمِلْتُ فِيْهَا مِمَّا تَرْضَى وَوَعَدْتَّنِي عَلَيْهِ الثّوَابَ فَأَسْئَلُكَ أَنْ تَتَقَبَّلَ مِنِّي وَلَا تَقْطَعْ رَجَائِ مِنْكَ يَا كَرِيْمُ

Latin :

“Allâhumma mâ ‘amiltu min ‘amalin fî hâdzihis sanati mâ nahaitanî ‘anhu, wa lam atub minhu, wa hamalta fîhâ ‘alayya bi fadhlika ba‘da qudratika ‘alâ ‘uqûbatî, wa da‘autanî ilat taubati min ba‘di jarâ’atî ‘alâ ma‘shiyatik.

Fa innî astaghfiruka, faghfirlî wa mâ ‘amiltu fîhâ mimmâ tardhâ, wa wa‘attanî ‘alaihits tsawâba, fa’as’aluka an tataqabbala minnî wa lâ taqtha‘ rajâ’î minka yâ karîm.”

Artinya :

Tuhanku, aku meminta ampun atas perbuatanku di tahun ini yang termasuk Kau larang-sementara aku belum sempat bertobat, perbuatanku yang Kau maklumi karena kemurahan-Mu.

Sementara Kau mampu menyiksaku, dan perbuatan (dosa) yang Kau perintahkan untuk tobat-sementara aku menerjangnya yang berarti mendurhakai-Mu.

Latinnya :

“Bismillaahir-rahmaanir-rahiim. Wa shallallaahu ‘alaa sayyidinaa Muhammadin wa ‘alaa ‘aalihi wa shahbihii wa sallam. Allaahumma antal-abadiyyul-qadiimul-awwalu, wa ‘alaa fadhlikal-’azhimi wujuudikal-mu’awwali, wa haadza ‘aamun jadidun qad aqbala ilaina nas’alukal ‘ishmata fiihi minasy-syaithaani wa auliyaa’ihi wa junuudihi wal’auna ‘alaa haadzihin-nafsil-ammaarati bis-suu’i wal-isytighaala bimaa yuqarribuni ilaika zulfa yaa dzal-jalaali wal-ikram yaa arhamar-raahimin, wa sallallaahu ‘alaa sayyidina Muhammadin nabiyyil ummiyyi wa ‘alaa aalihi wa shahbihii wa sallam.”

Artinya :

Dengan menyebut asma Allah Yang Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang.

Semoga Allah tetap melimpahkan rahmat dan salam (belas kasihan dan kesejahteraan) kepada junjungan dan penghulu kita Muhammad beserta keluarga dan sahabat Beliau.

Ya Allah, Engkau Dzat Yang Kekal, yang tanpa Permulaan, Yang Awal (Pertama) dan atas kemurahan MU yang agung dan kedermawanan MU yang selalu berlebih, ini adalah tahun baru telah tiba.

Kami mohon kepada MU pada tahun ini agar terhindar (terjaga) dari godaan syetan dan semua temannya serta bala tentara (pasukannya), dan (kami mohon) pertolongan dari godaan nafsu yang selalu memerintahkan (mendorong) berbuat kejahatan,

Serta (kami mohon) agar kami disibukkan dengan segala yang mendekatkan diriku kepada MU dengan sedekat-dekatnya.
